Lovelinks Necklaces, Earrings & Rings
Lovelinks do a range of different styles of necklaces, earrings and a ring.
Necklaces: there is a small selection of different style of necklaces each to give your beads a different look, some necklaces for day-to-day wear and some for more occasional going out style.
There is a necklace version the same as the original style bracelet, the same as the bracelet you have a choice of the four different styles of clasps, plain trigger style, heart, flower or a butterfly, with the necklace it is designed if you have a feature clasp than you can either wear it at the back or at the front as a feature, this necklace is available in 42cm (16inch) and 45cm (18inch). This is available in high polished silver and oxidised finish. Like the bracelet it also has the stopper parts built on to the necklace so that the links do not fall off when you take it on and off and can then sort the links into sections, this works effectively as the majority of links have a silicone centre so you just need to apply a small amount of pressure to push the link over the stoppers.
There is another necklace which is all of the same idea but slight variations to them. They all have a t-bar style clasp, some have a round open circle for the bar to go through, some have an open heart and are a box style snake chain and come highly polished or with a black rhodium finish, this design also had two stoppers built onto the bracelet. The other t-bar design is again an open round circle with clear cubic zirconia stones grain set into the bar and on a fine belcher style chain, this design does not have any stoppers built on, and again comes in the high polished and the black rhodium. The idea with the t-bar clasp is that it can be worn at a slight angle on the side of the neck to work as a nice feature. All of these designs are only available in 45cm length (18inch).
Another style which is available in high polished silver, black rhodium and 14ct yellow gold plated is a ball style chain which is 45cm (18inch) in length. Then attached (is removable) a small drop bar pendant which you simply slide this off of the chain remove the top cap and you simply thread the bead onto the bar, put the cap back onto the top and thread the bar back on to the chain. It is only a small cap so you can still visually see the entire link; it works best with the murano glass links or the very sparkly Swarovski crystal links.
Also a similar idea to the above chain is a longer and thinner style chain so is 80cm in length, the chain is a faceted ball style so really catches the light and sparkles and then has a capped ball for the link to sit in the middle of. Same idea as the other style you simply slide the pendant of remove the cap on the top, thread the bead onto the bar and put the cap back on, with this style you genuinely see the middle 3rd of the link, and works best with the murano glass links and the very . This particular necklace works very well worn over clothing and looks very smart, especially against black clothing as shows the sparkling silver up very well.
The third option is that there are a few different styles of leather necklaces. There is triple stranded leather which is available in black with polished silver fittings and a brown leather of the same design which has 14ct gold plated fittings. This style is only available in 45cm length (18inch).
The second option in the leather range is a single thick stranded leather which in black is available in 42cm length (16inch) which you then have the choice of two different style clasps, one is an open polished silver circle and the other is an open silver polished heart. Also in black is 55cm length necklace which has plain trigger polished silver style clasp, this design with this style clasp is also available in pink, red and turquoise and the idea is that you can wear it as a slightly longer style necklace or you can wrap it around (approximately 3times) so it than can be worn as a bracelet.
Lastly with the leather they do a thinner leather which is available in a 90cm, the design for this is a lariat style so you can stack the links and then tie it at any point you with and then the link will sit at that point, or you can put link on to it and knot it in sections to make it a shorten length so it can be worn as a bracelet (please note as this is leather you would not want to be changing an knotting the leather to often as it would weaken it a lot!). This necklace is available in three colours, black with sterling silver fittings, brown with yellow gold plated fittings and a bronze coloured leather with rose gold plated fittings.
The earrings; there are a few different styles of earrings available. You can choose from hoops, small hoops and hook fittings also there is a selection of high polished silver, black-rhodium silver and 14ct yellow gold plated.
Firstly one design that comes in a few variations but a basic description to how they work is a hook style fitting then each with a bar that drops from the hook, you simply un-thread the drop over the hook and remove it, then remove then remove the top cap and thread a link on, (only one link per earring) works best with the murano glass links. You then simply thread it all back on to the hook...so very simple!
There are a few slight variation in design, this is normal buy having different caps on the top and bottom of the link, one has a twisted style hearts on the top and plain on the bottom, another has a completely plain top and bottom, a small spots in clusters of three around the top and bottom of the cap, a flower top cap and with a faceted clear crystal on the bottom, a simple style with a plain bar drop no caps and then a silver polished heart hanging from the bottom of the bar, the last is a ball cap which has an engraved design on the top and bottom, with this one you only see the middle 3rd of the link whereas you see all of the link with the other earring designs.
Working in a similar way to the above earring with the bar designs is some small silver chunky hoops and some thinner larger hoops which you simply undo and then slide the bar off and thread the link on the bar and then simply thread all of it back onto the hoops. The larger hoops have a polished heart hanging from the bottom of the bar. With this design you could always just thread a link straight onto the hoop instead of putting it onto the bar, so you could remove the bar just to give a slightly different look.
Lastly the rings;...these have proven to be very popular! Are available in polished sterling silver or 14ct yellow gold plating, they are available is size 50-60 (J1/2 – S) they each have a small flower detail on the side of the shank.
This works very simply...there is a silver bar that you slide out (down) from the top of the ring, then simply thread a link on to the bar and then thread the bar back up which you will then will click into place and cannot be lost as it held on buy your finger. This works best with murano glass links and the sparkly Swarovski crystal links. All of the necklaces, earrings and rings are a great design as you’re able to change the links and look the look of them in just seconds.
Our advice;
To keep your jewellery looking beautiful and clean by cleaning it with a silver cloth and a gold cloth on the gold plated items. We advise that none of our necklaces, earrings and rings are to be worn whilst sleeping, cleaning, gardening etc. They are all dress pieces of jewellery that need to be taken care of, the shorter style necklaces (45cm) are more practical for wearing as day to day wear but with the longer ones we would advise on them keeping for more special occasions as they are more delicate. We also strongly advise that leather items are not worn to regularly as it is not hard material and can wear quickly, do not wear the leathers in water, especially sea water and chlorine.
